Have you ever wondered if God were in business today, where would He put His investment?
This was the personal answer I received today. Now, would you consider joining His team?
BUSINESS: Networking for the Kingdom
VISION: To be Christ’s successful networker – a leader raising leaders.
So we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making His appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!” 2 Corinthians 5:4, 10-11, 13, 18-20
You are the shepherd of my people Israel. You will be Israel’s leader. 2 Samuel 5:2
MISSION: To see lives and nations won and transformed for the Kingdom by God’s compelling grace, Jesus’ radical love and the Holy Spirit’s limitless power.
Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20
Love, Faith, Hope
Three things last forever – faith, hope and love, and the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13:13
The eyes of the Lord search the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to Him. 2 Chronicles 16:9
Fear of the Lord
Fear of the Lord is the foundation of true knowledge. Proverbs 1:7
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Psalm 111:10
With humility comes wisdom. Proverbs 11:2
Humility comes before honor. Proverbs 18:12
The righteous are as bold as a lion. Proverbs 28:1
After this prayer, the meeting place shook, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit. Then they preached the word of God with boldness. Acts 4:31
“For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give His life as a ransom for many.” Matthew 20:28
1. To focus on Jesus.
2. To exercise the holy fear of God.
3. To rely on the power of the Holy Spirit.
4. To trust in God.
5. To speak with wisdom from the Holy Spirit.
6. To have the mind of Christ.
7. To teach others to do the same!
When I first came to you, dear brothers and sisters, I didn’t use lofty words and impressive wisdom to tell you God’s secret plan, for I decided that while I was with you I would forget everything except Jesus Christ, the One who was crucified.
I came to you in weakness—timid and trembling.
And my message and my preaching were very plain. Rather than using clever and persuasive speeches, I relied only on the power of the Holy Spirit.
I did this so you would trust not in human wisdom but in the power of God.
Yet when I am among mature believers, I do speak with words of wisdom, but not the kind of wisdom that belongs to this world or to the rulers of this world, who are soon forgotten. No, the wisdom we speak of is the mystery of God—His plan that was previously hidden, even though He made it for our ultimate glory before the world began. That is what the Scriptures mean when they say,
“No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love Him.”
But we understand these things, for we have the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:1-7, 9, 16
